Care Rehab Physio is an ACC registered health provider which means we can help you make an injury claim directly with ACC without a referral from your GP. Referral for X-ray and Ultrasound is also available at Care Rehab Physio. We work closely with other health professionals such as podiatrists, GPs, radiologists, surgeons and sports doctors so we are able to refer you to them if appropriate to find the best solution for you.
We treat a wide range of injuries and health conditions including:
Sports injuries: ACL, PCL, MCL, meniscal injuries, ankle sprain, tennis elbow, golf elbow, rotator cuff related injuries (such as rotator cuff tendinopathy, bursitis etc.), shoulder injuries, ligaments/tendons injuries, foot injuries (such as plantar fasciitis), muscle strain/tear and more.
Work related injuries: Both sedentary and physically demanding jobs can cause muscle strain, ligament sprain, back pain (such as disc herniation or slipped disc, sciatica, lumbar radiculopathy) neck pain (such as cervical radiculopathy), posture issues etc.
Rehabilitation: we can help you with pre and post-operative rehabilitation including shoulder surgery, ACL reconstruction, hip and knee replacements, foot and ankle surgery etc..
Degenerative conditions: OA in the major weight-bearing joint such as hip, knee & ankle can be difficult to manage, other degenerative conditions such as lumbar spondylosis & stenosis can be debilitating, we can help you with pain management, improve your function and quality of life.
